• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law in your country
• Have a valid email address and a compatible Solana crypto wallet to receive withdrawals

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately at support@captchacoin.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access
• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension

CaptchaCoin provides multiple ways to earn BONK token rewards:

• Captcha solving — earn up to 10 BONK per correctly solved captcha
• Tap to Earn — earn BONK tokens by tapping the button in your dashboard
• Task completion — complete tasks such as watching videos or downloading apps to earn up to 10,000 BONK per task
• Referral programme — earn 50% of your referred users' earnings for life

Reward amounts are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.

• You will receive 50% of the earnings of each user who registers using your unique referral link
• Referral commissions are credited automatically to your account balance
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension
• CaptchaCoin reserves the right to withhold referral commissions if fraudulent activity is detected
• Referral commission rates may be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 BONK
• You must provide a valid Solana wallet address to receive your withdrawal
• Withdrawals are processed instantly, subject to Solana network conditions
• CaptchaCoin is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion
• If you provide an incorrect wallet address, CaptchaCoin cannot recover or refund the tokens
• CaptchaCoin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to artificially complete captchas, tasks, or taps
• Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards (multi-accounting)
• Self-referrals or creating fake referral networks
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate our platform or reward system
• Providing false information during registration or withdrawal
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions or manipulate earnings
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of CaptchaCoin
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law while using our platform

CaptchaCoin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, we detect fraudulent activity, you provide false information, or we are required to do so by law.

In the event of termination due to a policy violation, any pending rewards may be forfeited. You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@captchacoin.xyz.

All content on CaptchaCoin including the logo, design, text, graphics, and code is the intellectual property of CaptchaCoin. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

CaptchaCoin is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Your use of CaptchaCoin is entirely at your own risk.

CaptchaCoin and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages including:

• Loss of earnings or rewards due to platform downtime or technical issues
• Loss of cryptocurrency due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user
• Any losses arising from account suspension due to policy violations
• Any financial losses related to the fluctuation of BONK token value

Your use of CaptchaCoin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of CaptchaCoin after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
